Exploring the Art of Advocacy Joseph C. Noto

Joseph C. Noto, a Bergen County collaborative divorce lawyer and Board member of the Collaborative Divorce Association of North Jersey, (“CDANJ”), said he attended the CDANJ annual retreat where Victoria Smith. ESQ, did a presentation on Exploring Collaborative Advocacy.  She showed among other things how you can determine where your colleage or other team members are on the Spectrum of Advocacy when doing a collaborative case.
