Joseph C. Noto, a Bergen County collaborative divorce lawyer, along with Jeryl Rempell, PHD. and Ken Rempell, Esq,, presented to several psychologists of the New Jersey Psychological Association on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at its’ Fall Conference the benefits of the collaborative divorce process to their clients and he aid it went over fantastically well. Joseph Noto said the pyschologists received a thorough understanding of the collaborartive divorce process as compared to litigation and mediation and they explained why they felt this is the better way to divorce. There was a great deal of active participation by the attendees and Joseph Noto feels that they really recognized that they have an effective tool to present to their clients’ by recommending the use of the collaborative divorce process if their client is seeking a divorce rather than through the expensive and emotionally costly litigation process. They appreciated the benefits to the family, especially to the children of the marriage.
