Joseph C. Noto , Pamela Zavari and Sharon Clancy, all collaborative divorce lawyers, and the New Jersey Collaborative Practice Groups’ lobbyist, Valerie Brown, met with republican Assemblywoman, Holly Schepisi, to discuss the proposed bill regarding the New Jersey Family Collaborative Law Act. The meeting went very well with Assemblywoman Schepisi. She said she would co-sponsor the bill when it is brought up to her. Things are moving very fast and well at this time. Joseph Noto hopes the bill can be drafted and brought up for a vote by the end of December 2012.
